About Intro
Intro strives to improve the accessibility of festivals, performances in cultural centra and sporting events for disabled people. To this end, Intro provides organisations with individual advice and assists with the practical organisation of an event. Efforts are made for people with a hearing, motor, visual as well as mental disability and for people with autism. Those people can always contact Intro with their personal concerns/questions about the accessibility of an event.
It goes without saying that disabled people also want to participate in the growing number of events. Too often still they are held back by practical difficulties. By calling attention to both accessibility of the surroundings as to the accessibility of information (website, brochures, prices …), Intro strives to remove these obstacles. The questions and needs of disabled people are central to our operation. With the cooperation of dozens of volunteers, businesses and organisations a number of dedicated services are offered, as for instance ADL-assistance (Activities of Daily Living), sound chairs and loop systems, …
